Orange blossom honey, or also called orange honey, is typical of the Mediterranean coast where oranges and mandarins are grown. Flowering time is in April or May.
This honey is characterized by its light amber color, transparent when liquid and slightly tinged white with fine granulation when crystallized. Its aroma is reminiscent of the perfume of flowering orange trees, soft on the palate. An excellent table honey.
