Artisanal Rosemary honey (Miel de Romero) 500ml

One of the best known and most appreciated honeys by consumers.

The first honey of the season, harvested only when the rosemary bloom is good, in late winter and early spring in the mountains of Alicante and Valencia.

It has a golden color, crystallization is rapid and has a pasty consistency. The aroma contains floral and fruity notes that increase on the palate.

• It is a natural product made by bees from the nectar of the flowers of this aromatic plant.
• Flowering time is mainly in spring and fall.
• The aroma is sweet and aromatic plants, slightly balsamic.
• The color is very light amber, almost white upon crystallization.
